Bicycle Access to Office Buildings Law

Bicycle Access to Office Buildings Law (USA), instituted in 2009, requires many office buildings to grant access to bikes. This is something that has not been looked into in Iceland yet. There are definitely some pros and cons involved. Pros for the commuter bicylist but cons for non-cyclists and perhaps the properties.
