Sharrows made in aid for cyclists in Reykjavik

Iceland bike travels along streets in Reykjavik marked with sharrows. Sharrows are special road marks that indicate that drivers must expect to share the road with cyclists. However, the actual functioning of the sharrows is less clear. Iceland bike welcomes any attempts to increase driver's allertness of cyclists. See discussion about the usefulness of sharrows in Seattle.
